Homebirth is a personal and beautiful choice when it comes to giving birth to your baby.
Mothers really enjoy not having to leave the comfort of their own home and labor with ease in their own surroundings.
There is no rushing to the hospital in transition or getting to the hospital too early. When we come to you, there is no inconvenience.
Most obstetrical care providers charge services out separately but with Mermaid Birth, all services for a normal pregnancy are included.
This means that you will not receive additional billing from our office or from other offices like the lab, doula, lactation consultant or pediatrician for a normal pregnancy. (Initial blood work, Strep B testing, birth kit and other birth supplies needed are included. Any other testing or specific needs would be offered on an as-needed basis and at an additional charge.)
